Talent Points and Persona Web Adjustments
● The maximum number of Talent Points for both Hunters and Survivors has been increased to 130. Additionally, 4 new Talent nodes have been added for each. These new slots are positioned directly after the original locations of the following Talents: for Hunters—[Nostalgic], [Desperate Fight], [No Survivors], and [Control Freak]; for Survivors—[Mutual Support], [Telepathy], [Chill], and [Exit Path].
New Hunter Talents
● Obsession:
After ending a pursuit, if there are no moving Survivors within 16 meters in front of you, your Movement Speed increases by 6% for 15 seconds. This effect will end early if you enter a pursuit, pick up a Survivor with a balloon, or if a moving Survivor appears within 16 meters in front of you. Located at the original position of [Nostalgic].
● Vigilance:
When the first 3 Cipher Machines are activated, each activation increases your Movement Speed by 6% for 10 seconds and Pallet-Destroying Speed by 15%. This effect can stack and is permanently lost when a Survivor is placed on a Rocket Chair. Located at the node following [Control Freak].
● Famine:
During the first 60 seconds of a match, if no Survivors are within 18 meters, all Survivors' Decoding Speed is reduced by 6%. Located at the node following [Obsession].

● Control Freak:
Movement Speed is increased by 10% for 3 seconds after dropping from a height. Cooldown: 10 seconds.
● Addiction:

● Giant Claw:
Survivors tied to balloons have their Struggle Speed reduced by 5%/10%/15%. When a Survivor breaks free from a balloon or is rescued by a teammate, the Decoding Speed of all Survivors is reduced by 10%/15%/20% for 10 seconds.

If there are 4/3 active Survivors (Survivors in Rocket Chairs, being ballooned, or knocked down are considered inactive) within 20 seconds after the Exit Gate is activated, the Exit Gate opens 70%/15% slower.

● Survivor's Instinct:
Decoding Speed is increased by 6%/18%/36% when 1/2/3 Survivors have been eliminated.

After the Accelerated Decoding phase begins, Survivors not decoding gain a 1% Decoding Speed boost every second, up to 12%. This effect is removed after decoding for more than 10 seconds or after decoding stops.

Character Adjustments
● Enchantress:
Enchantress starts with 1 stack of Guard.
Guard Accumulation Speed is reduced by 25% when near a Hunter.
Maximum reduction in Guard Accumulation Speed from additional Guard stacks lowered from 77% to 66%. Initial Guard stacks no longer reduce accumulation speed by 11%. Survivors under Blessing can provide up to 3 Guard stacks to Enchantress (5 in Duo Hunters). In matches with Dream Witch or Duo Hunters mode, multiple Hunters share Guard stacks.
● Archer:
If another Survivor is within 18 meters of the Hunter, the rate at which Laceration Damage decreases while the Hunter is stationary is increased by 15%, and stun duration at 100 Laceration Damage is reduced by 15%.
Keel Bow and Crossbow cooldown increased from 12 seconds to 14 seconds.
● "Faro Lady":
While Cloaked, the Hunter can no longer hear Faro Lady's voice lines or sound effects.
The Cloak cooldown timer will now only pause when Faro Lady is placed on a Rocket Chair; it will no longer pause when she is incapacitated or knocked down. When using Dexterous to designate a Cipher Machine, if Faro Lady decodes a different Cipher Machine, the designated machine's Decoding Progress will decrease by 0.7% per second.
If Cloak is on cooldown and Faro Lady uses the Aromatherapy Cane, Cloak's cooldown is immediately reduced by 7 seconds.
● Meteorologist:
Stratus durability consumption increased to 50%–60%.
Rainfall durability consumption increased to 50%.
The duration of Gale's control effect when pushing Hunters into obstacles is now influenced by the following: the Hunter Talents [Rage], [Desperate Fight], and [Addiction]; the Peddler's [Metal Affinity]; the Wax Artist's [Waxen Coat]; and any potions in Casual Mode that modify control duration.
● Naiad:
Before unlocking Tier II, Humidity gained from closing the Abyss and Surging Tides hits increased from 30% to 35%.
Billowing Waves now also reduces harpoon retrieval time.
When Survivors are in the Abyss near the Basement, the rate at which Humidity increases is reduced to 6% per second.
Combat Adjustments
● Final Deduction:
The Final Deduction phase begins when only two Survivors remain:
Survivors' Elimination Speed when knocked down is increased by 200%, with an additional 25% Elimination Progress added each time they are knocked down.
Starting 25 seconds into a match, both Survivors and Hunters will reveal their positions for 5 seconds every 25 seconds. This exposure stops once the Exit Gate is activated.
● Rank Points:
Survivors now gain 1 additional Rank Point for both Victory and Draw in Ranked Matches.
Hunters now gain 1 additional Rank Point for Defeat in Ranked Matches.
When losing a Ranked Match, the Rank Point bonus for device performance differences is reduced to 1 point.
The maximum Rank Points awarded to Survivors for a loss or draw in solo Ranked Matches has been adjusted to 2 points.
● Combat Bonuses:
The bonus for Survivors obtaining items from chests has been reduced to 50 points.
The bonus for Survivors inputting the password to open the Exit Gate has been reduced to 200 points.
● Added options in Settings to hide Emotes and Graffiti:
Players can now choose which Emotes (excluding Emotes with movement effects and duo Emotes) and Graffiti features to disable for each game mode. You can also specify whether to hide them for your own Faction, the opposing Faction, or both. The original toggle for Graffiti display has been removed.
Emotes with movement effects can no longer be interrupted by moving, interacting, or using abilities.
● When a Hunter repeatedly attacks a Survivor on a Rocket Chair with no other Survivors nearby, the Hunter will be immobilized for an extended duration.
● When a character has multiple percentage-based healing time modifiers, these percentages are now added together before being applied to the healing time. (Note: Due to this change, previously saved replays may display minor differences in healing behavior.)
Fixed an issue where healing speed calculations could behave incorrectly when both healing speed reduction and increase effects were active at the same time.
The maximum and minimum healing times have been adjusted, and incorrect values for certain healing thresholds have been fixed.
● Optimized the default camera angle for Hunters at the start of a match.
