Combat Adjustments

Talent Points and Persona Web Adjustments

The maximum number of Talent Points for both Hunters and Survivors has been increased to 130. Additionally, 4 new Talent nodes have been added for each. These new slots are positioned directly after the original locations of the following Talents: for Hunters—[Nostalgic], [Desperate Fight], [No Survivors], and [Control Freak]; for Survivors—[Mutual Support], [Telepathy], [Chill], and [Exit Path].

New Hunter Talents

Obsession:

After ending a pursuit, if there are no moving Survivors within 16 meters around you for 1 second, your Movement Speed increases by 6% for 15 seconds. This effect will end early if you enter a pursuit, pick up a Survivor with a balloon, or if a moving Survivor remains within 16 meters around you for 1 second. Additionally, moving Survivors behind obstacles will also affect the activation and early termination of [Obsession]. Located at the original position of [Nostalgic].

Vigilance:

When the first 3 Cipher Machines are activated, each activation increases your Movement Speed by 6% for 10 seconds and Pallet-Destroying Speed by 15%. This effect can stack and is permanently lost when a Survivor is placed on a Rocket Chair. Located at the node following [Control Freak].

Famine:

During the first 50 seconds of a match, if no Survivors are within 18 meters, all Survivors' Decoding Speed is reduced by 6%. Located at the node following [Obsession].

Overwhelm:

After knocking down 2/3/4 different Survivors, Attack Recovery Speed increases by 5%/10%/15%. Originally located at the original position of [No Survivors], now relocated to the node following [Overwhelm].

Hunter Talent Adjustments

Tolerance:

Reduces the knockback effect on the Hunter by 12%/22%/32% and the slowing effect by 12%/18%/24%.

Nostalgic:

The trigger range has been increased from 24 meters to 32 meters. Relocated to the node following [Desperate Fight].

No Survivors:

Giant Claw:

Survivors tied to balloons have their Struggle Speed reduced by 5%/10%/15%. When a Survivor breaks free from a balloon or is rescued by a teammate, the Decoding Speed of all Survivors is reduced by 10%/15%/20% for 8 seconds.

Hunt:

After pursuing a Survivor for 11/9/7 seconds, gain a 10% increase to both Movement Speed and Obstacle Vaulting Speed. This bonus is lost if the pursuit fails, or when interacting, attacking, using an ability, or being controlled.

Claustrophobia:

If there are 4/3 active Survivors (Survivors in Rocket Chairs, being ballooned, or knocked down are considered inactive) within 20 seconds after the Exit Gate is activated, the Exit Gate opens 70%/15% slower.

Aftereffects:

Reduces the self-healing limit of incapacitated Survivors by 10%/20%/30% and their Self-Healing Speed by 8%/12%/16%.

Street Sweeper:

Reveals Survivors who are healing or being healed within 24/28/32 meters and increases their Healing Time by 25%/40%/55%.

Addiction:

When there are 2/3/4 Survivors not in Rocket Chairs within 24 meters, the recovery rate after being stunned or under strong control effects increases by 10%/25%/40%. When stunned, it immediately applies a slowing effect to Survivors within 24 meters for 4 seconds. The farther the distance, the greater the slowdown (up to 20%, minimum 10%). Cooldown: 20 seconds.

Reduces footprint duration by 1 second. No additional signs of injury are visible when injured. Relocated to the node following [Mutual Support].

Symbiotic Effect:

Movement Speed increases by 6%–10% when moving toward a Survivor on a Rocket Chair, with greater increases the farther away the Survivor is.
