Character Adjustments
 
Gamekeeper
 
Reduced Chain Hook cooldown from 14 seconds to 13 seconds.
 
Added an effect that also pulls in other Survivors within a small area around a Survivor hit by Chain Hook.
 
Adjusted collision handling so that Survivors pulled by Chain Hook to certain restricted positions briefly ignore collision with the Gamekeeper.
 
Clerk
 
Added the External Trait [Just Verdict]: When freely moving Survivors are within a certain range, Verdict Points increase over time. The more Survivors there are, the faster they charge. Once fully charged, the Hunter enters Verdict state, increasing Movement Speed and Attack Recovery Speed by 8% for 15 seconds. This state ends immediately after an attack hits a Survivor.
 
Reduced the invalid interaction restriction duration after a Survivor is eliminated from 9 seconds to 7 seconds.
 
"Nightmare"
 
Reduced the Movement Speed of Survivors marked by Raven by 3%.
 
Naiad
 
Reduced Surging Tides cooldown from 40 seconds to 34 seconds while not in Slipstream state.
 
Sculptor
 
Reduced the Movement Speed penalty while charging Sculpture of Agility or Sculpture of Wisdom from 6% to 3%.
 
Reduced recovery time after attacks and Charged Attacks hit by 0.3 seconds.
 
Optimized hit detection logic for attacks colliding with scene objects.
 
Soul Weaver
 
Added a prompt at the bottom of the screen to display the remaining duration of Cobweb Accelerate.
 
Increased the hit detection area of Entangled.
 
Added Stun recovery speed bonuses of 5%/10%/20% when gaining 1/2/3 stacks of Cobweb Accelerate.
 
Photographer
 
Reduced Normal Attack startup animation duration from 0.5 seconds to 0.4 seconds.
 
Allowed attacks to be used during the casting animation after using Time Jump.
 
Violinist
 
Reduced the Movement Speed penalty while charging Sonata from 6% to 3%.
 
"Dentist"
 
Reduced Lens duration from 10 seconds to 9 seconds.
 
Increased Lens charge time from 13 seconds to 14 seconds.
 
Increased Dark Mire's casting animation duration by 0.3 seconds.
 
Removed the ability for Bacterial Symbiosis attacks to be increased to 1.5 times Normal Attack damage while Detention is active.
 
"Queen Bee"
 
Reduced the energy gained in Predatory State from Swarm of Insects after contacting a Survivor from 12 to 10, and reduced Assimilation's Movement Speed bonus from 13% to 12%.
 
The Shadow
 
Increased Corruption Transference cooldown from 43 seconds to 47 seconds.
 
Reduced the maximum duration of Corrupted Ostracon from 60 seconds to 50 seconds after a Survivor is eliminated or the Exit Gate is powered.
 
"Cueist"
 
Reduced single Cipher Machine progress rollback after a Survivor is eliminated from 12% to 9%.
 
Reduced Cue Ball duration from 16 seconds to 11 seconds and reduced kinetic energy consumption while moving near Rocket Chairs with Survivors so the overall duration remains unchanged.
 
Reduced the increase to Inertia's duration granted by each injured Survivor from 2.5 seconds to 2.1 seconds.
 
"Goatman"
 
Reduced initial Resentment by 10 points.
 
Reduced maximum Resentment from 110 to 100.
 
Barmaid
 
Increased the Tipsy duration caused by drinking Strong Dovlin from 19 seconds to 30 seconds. Fear is reduced by 25% for every 15 seconds that Tipsy remains active.
 
Allowed Dovlin to be consumed during the hit reaction animation.
 
Replaced Dovlin with a non-alcoholic beverage when serving guests under the legal drinking age.
 
"Knight"
 
Added a new effect to the External Trait "Chivalrous Sympathy": After rescuing a teammate, Decoding Speed increases by 10%, up to 20%.
 
Composer
 
Adjusted the External Trait "Tuning Adjustment": After striking the Tuning Fork, Calibration is triggered over the next 20 seconds for a total of 24 calibrations, with the 4th, 12th, and 20th calibrations being Noise Calibrations. The effect ends early after 5 successful calibrations. Completing a Noise Calibration creates a larger Tuning Zone for 1 second and increases Movement Speed within the zone by 70%.
 
Reduced the delay before the first Melody Calibration appears after using the item.
 
Embalmer
 
Added the ability to place a Coffin nearby by charging and to move while charging.
 
Increased the speed boost duration granted to Survivors revived through Rebirth from 1 second to 1.4 seconds.
 
Optimized Coffin placement logic so Coffins can now be placed on slopes.
 
Allowed the Coffin to remain usable even after an embalmed Survivor leaves the Manor.
 
Thief
 
Added terrain display to the radar while using the Flashlight.
 
Fire Investigator
 
Allowed the Inflatable Airbag to be replaced with another item after all carried Airbags have been used.
 
Removed the pushback effect on Survivors while Airbags inflate and expand.
 
Magician
 
Added a 2-second Stealth effect for both the Magician and the rescued Survivor after the Magician rescues a Survivor from a Rocket Chair for the first time.
 
Batter
 
Allowed the Cricket Bat to be replaced with another item after all Cricket Balls have been used.
 
Explorer
 
Increased the footprint duration reduction from the External Trait "Explore" from 1 second to 2 seconds, and added a new effect that prevents additional injury from being triggered while injured.
 
Allowed Password Pages to be dug up while Tide Turner is active, but not during Last Effort.
 
Adjusted the bonus logic for digging up and using Password Pages. Bonuses are now granted continuously while digging up Password Pages. When a Survivor uses a Password Page, both that Survivor and the Explorer receive a bonus.
 
The Mind's Eye
 
Added an External Trait that reduces footprint duration by 1 second and prevents additional injury traces from being triggered while injured.
 
Doctor
 
Adjusted the External Trait "Med Elite": With 1/2/3/4 Doctors, Healing Speed changed from +40%/+25%/+10%/+5% to +30%/+20%/+10%/+5%, while Self-healing Speed with a Syringe is increased by 20%. Each successful self-heal reduces Self-healing Speed by 5%, to a minimum of 10%.
 
Archer
 
Increased Crossbow cooldown from 14 seconds to 16 seconds.
 
Increased Keel Bow Cooldown from 14 seconds to 16 seconds.
 
Matador
 
Removed the Hunter's Interaction Speed reduction when the Hunter is attracted by Muleta and only the nearby Matador is being chased.
 
Increased the Matador's Movement Speed reduction from 10% to 15% for 1.5 seconds when the Hunter performs an attack within 6 meters of a Survivor.
 
Gardener
 
Increased the Toolkit cooldown from 12 seconds to 14 seconds.
 
Prospector
 
Adjusted the attraction stun reduction effect from "when another Survivor is within 15.2 meters of the Prospector, the stun effect caused by attracting the Hunter is reduced by 32%" to "when another Survivor is within 18 meters of the Hunter, the stun effect caused by attracting the Hunter is reduced by 38%."
 
Talent Adjustments
 
Hunter Talents
 
Removed "Quenching Effect" and replaced "Tipping Point": Within 120 seconds after the Exit Gate is powered, if the Hunter uses an ability that deals less damage than a Normal Attack, that damage is increased to match one Normal Attack instead. Cooldown: 30s
 
Removed "Vigilance" and replaced it with the new Talent "Aftereffect": For 40 seconds after eliminating the first Survivor, Movement Speed increases by 10% when no Survivors are within 16 meters.
 
Removed "No Survivors" and replaced it with the new Talent "Skittish": When a Normal Attack hits a Survivor, if there are other Survivors within 25 meters, their outlines are revealed for 4 seconds, and Attack Recovery Speed is increased by 12% for that attack.
 
Giant Claw: Added an additional effect that reduces the increased Struggle Progress caused when the Hunter puts down a Survivor to 18%/12%/6%.
 
Street Sweeper: Adjusted the effect to reveal Survivors who are healing or being healed within 32/56/80 meters and increase Healing Time by 30%. Survivors remain revealed for 5 seconds after healing is completed.
 
Confined Space:
 
After vaulting through a window affected by Confined Space, the effect's duration will now reset instead of ending immediately.
 
New Effect: Increased the Hunter's Vaulting Speed by 10%.
 
Nostalgic:
 
Changed the speed boost condition from "when you are more than 12 meters away from the rescued Survivor" to "immediately after a Survivor is rescued." Increased the speed boost duration from 12 seconds to 16 seconds.
 
Survivor Talents
 
Changed Mutual Support so that revealing Survivors within 18 meters is now a default mechanic.
 
Removed "Prisoner's Dilemma" and replaced it with the new Talent "Well-Earned": After decoding a Cipher Machine, Movement Speed increases by 25% for 4 seconds and can block most Hunter attacks once during that time.
 
Removed "Air Walk" and replaced it with the new Talent "Attachment Effect": Increases the speed of healing injured teammates by 10%. If the heal is interrupted, 50% of the recovered progress will continue to increase by 2% per second. This effect ends once the heal is completed.
 
Removed "Chill" and replaced it with the new Talent "Emergency Reserves": After your primary Item is fully consumed (consumables only), the nearest Chest is revealed, and the next Chest can be opened instantly. This effect can trigger once.
 
Distraction: After the Exit Gate is powered, the Hunter is revealed for 5 seconds every 15 seconds while within 32 meters of you.
 
Herd Behavior: Removed the 80-second cooldown and changed it to a 40-second cooldown calculated based on the Hunter.
 
Curiosity: Revealed the outlines of all Cipher Machines permanently when 3 undecoded Cipher Machines remain. Changed the outline color of any Cipher Machine with more than 50%  Decoding Progress.
 
Mutual Support: Allowed you and the injured Survivors who are not being chased by the Hunter to see each other. Increased Movement Speed by 6% to 10% while running toward that Survivor, with a greater boost at longer distances. Removed the speed boost upon entering chase.
 
Brewing Effect: Granted Survivors who are not decoding 1% Decoding Speed per second, up to 12%, after a Survivor is placed on a Rocket Chair or Accelerated Decoding begins.
 
Removed this bonus after decoding for 10 seconds or upon stopping decoding. This effect does not stack.
 
Map Adjustments
 
Lakeside Village
 
Adjusted one set of Cipher Machine spawn locations.
 
Removed the seawater slowdown effect from the Rocky Beach and Seaside Shack areas.
 
Added two pallets to the Seaside Shack area and added connecting obstacles.
 
Changed a gap between the large ship and the Seaside Shack area into a slope.
 
Added a pallet near the side gate in the Cornfield and added connecting obstacles.
 
Moon River Park
 
Adjusted one set of Cipher Machine spawn locations.
 
Moved the Cipher Machine at North Bridge to the Abandoned Merry-go-round.
 
Replaced a low obstacle in the Abandoned Merry-go-round with a taller wall.
 
Removed a window from the Merry-go-round, added two pallets, and added connecting obstacles.
 
Adjusted the position of a component near the side gate in Platform 4 so that it connects to the board area.
 
Added an interactive component, Spring Box. Survivors can use a Spring Box to launch themselves a certain distance. Cooldown: 30s. Two Spring Boxes have been placed, located at North Bridge and South Bridge.
 
Arms Factory
 
Removed a pallet from the Center Field and adjusted the positions of connected obstacles.
 
Removed a wall from the Junkyard.
 
Removed some obstacles from one location in the Factory.
 
Red Church
 
Removed a wall from the side gate ruins and shortened another wall.
 
Removed a pallet from the Graveyard and adjusted the positions of connected obstacles.
 
Other Adjustments
 
Added a match timer so players can view match duration in real time.
 
Added a Try Again button to the post-match screen. If you are not in a team, you will be quickly queued for another match in the same role as your previous game. If you are in a team, it will quickly return you to the Lobby.
 
Added displays below Survivor portraits to show teammates' current actions, such as decoding, healing, struggling, and dismantling the Hunter's creations. Progress is also shown for these actions, except for decoding.
 
Added a more noticeable visual indicator to Cipher Machines with more than 18% Decoding Progress when the Hunter remains still without significantly rotating the camera. The indicator is further enhanced for Cipher Machines with more than 50% Decoding Progress.
 
Optimized Survivor tips for decoding Cipher Machines and Exit Gates, so players can now view the sources of Decoding Speed increases and reductions.
 
Differentiated the tips for the number of times Survivors have been placed on a Rochet Chair.
 
Added an option in the pre-match Chat Channel that allows Survivors to choose whether messages are visible only to teammates only or to everyone.
 
Added portrait status icons for Explorer's Book, Entomologist controlling a Swarm of Insects, Smiley Face's Drill parts, and Disciple's Intimidate.
 
Changed footprint behavior so that footprints now appear continuously while a Survivor's Movement Speed is increased.
 
Changed the post-match Chat Channel from automatic entry to manual joining.
 
Added recommended positions to Survivor Area Selection based on the lineup and selected characters. Allowed players to disable these recommendations manually. Added selected area display to the loading screen.
 
Added drag support to the replay feature so players can drag the progress bar to adjust playback.
 
Allowed Survivors who struggle free and fall from the balloon to briefly ignore the Hunter's collision if there is little room to move nearby.
 
Added condensed skill descriptions to the Notebook to make them easier to understand.
 
Added an option to block messages sent by teammates other than standard and instant Quick Messages.
 
Added separate Portrait icons for Survivors while they are being picked up by balloons and put down from balloons.
