If a registered team is disbanded during the registration period, it will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn from the Tournament and will not be included in the final team rankings.

If a member leaves a registered team during the registration period, that member's ranked tier points will be deducted from the team's total Team Points. After leaving a team or following the team's disbandment, the player may either create or join a new team and register, or join another team that has already registered, in which case the player's ranked tier points will be added directly to the new team's total Team Points.

After the registration deadline, team members may not be added or replaced. Players may still leave a team after the registration deadline, but no replacement players may be added.

If you have any questions during the registration period, please contact the Official through one of the following channels:

Official Discord: https://x.gd/Z58RE (NAEU IVC 2026 → Tournament FAQ)

Official Tournament Email: idvesports_committee@global.netease.com

After registration closes, the Official will review the information submitted by each Team Captain during registration. The ranked tier scores of all eligible registered teams will be converted into Team Points, and teams will be ranked accordingly. Only the top 64 teams in the Team Point rankings will qualify for the Tournament.

If a team among the top 64 voluntarily withdraws or has its eligibility revoked, the vacant Tournament slot will be passed down to the next eligible team based on the Team Point rankings.

Team Points are calculated as the combined ranked tier points of the team's highest-ranked Hunter and the four highest-ranked Survivors. The highest-ranked Hunter and the highest-ranked Survivor may not be the same player.

Team Points are calculated as follows:

Major Tier: 10 points per tier (up to Tier VII)Minor Tier: 1 point per division Stars: 1 point per star (only stars earned in Tier VII and above are counted; stars below Tier VI are not counted)

     Examples:

     Tier IV-I → 45 points Tier VI-V → 61 points Peak Tier VII, 30 Stars → 100 points

The Character Ban/Pick process is conducted separately for both halves of every Game.

During the Character Pick phase, the order in which Survivor characters are selected is not related to the Survivors' seating order or player positions in the Custom Room. After all four (4) Survivor characters have been selected, the Survivor team may freely assign the selected characters to its players.

Throughout a Match, the Hunter side always has four (4) Survivor ban slots.

The Survivor side has no Hunter ban slots in Game 1, one (1) Hunter ban slot in Game 2, and two (2) Hunter ban slots in Games 3–5 and all Tiebreaker Games.

During Games 1–4, any character selected by either team enters the Global Ban pool and may not be selected or banned again for the remainder of the Match.

Tournament Bans:

The Official may periodically designate certain characters as Tournament Bans. Characters designated as Tournament Bans are not included in the Character Ban/Pick pool.

11. Scoring Rules

The result of each Game is determined by the combined points earned across both halves of the Game. The team with the higher total score will be declared the winner of the Game. The team with the lower total score will lose the Game. If both teams have the same total score, the Game will be recorded as a draw.

12. Match Victory Conditions

In a BO3 Match, if a team achieves two (2) Match wins within the first two Games, the Match winner is determined. During the Stage 3 Group Stage (single round-robin), however, all remaining Games must still be played even if the Match winner has already been determined. In a BO5 Match, the Match winner is determined if either of the following conditions is met:A team achieves three (3) Match wins within the first three Games: or After the first four Games, a team has a record of 3 Wins, 1 Draw or 2 Wins, 2 Draws. Otherwise, the Match will continue.

During the Playoffs, if the Match winner has already been determined before all Games have been completed, the second half of the current Game does not need to be played, and the Match will end immediately.

The winner will be determined by the points earned in the Overtime Game. If the Overtime Game also ends with both teams having the same number of points, the winner will be determined as follows: If at least one Survivor successfully escapes while playing as the Survivor side, the winner will be determined by the completion time of each team's Survivor side. The team with the shorter completion time will be declared the winner. If neither team has a Survivor escape while playing as the Survivor side, the winner will be determined by the completion time of each team's Hunter side. The team with the shorter completion time will be declared the winner.
